Since 1997, Stephen Venuti has been providing clients with the strategies to legally reduce their taxes and increase and retain their wealth. He is a CPA with a Masters in Taxation. He has expanded his business, so that he now provides QuickBooks, Accounting and Business consulting services for a variety of small businesses. After evaluating several franchise type Exchange companies, he decided to purchase Al Aiello’s Exchange Company (National Exchange Services Inc.) The reason that Steve purchased Al’s company is because he had a system in place that could guide clients to find a solution for just about every 1031 Exchange scenario or dilemma. This is important because 1031 Exchanges are truly a “dot your ‘I’, cross your ‘t’ strategy”. Our documentation is in total harmony with the IRS Safe-Harbor regulations.
Since 2015, Steve has found another way to help taxpayers keep more of what they earn by offering Tax Resolution Services directly to taxpayers. He has received quite a few referrals from Attorneys and Accountants who want a specialist to handle dealing with the IRS. Steve and his high school sweetheart Michele have been married for 38 years, have 4 sons and 3 Grandchildren. When Steve is not helping his clients keep more money in their pockets, he is spending time with his grandchildren.
